Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason — no explanation needed. Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, tags, and any authentication documentation included. As these are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, please handle them with care while deciding whether to keep them.
Return postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Given the value of these items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days, including your original standard delivery cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or misdescribed items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described — including any authenticity concerns — please see our Authenticity Guarantee or contact us straight away. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by this policy.
